Civil Partnerships
Since December 2005 same sex couples have been able to register their relationship and create what is known as a formal Civil Partnership. Civil Partnership brings with it certain rights which are very similar to those of a married couple. It is therefore important that when embarking upon registering your partnership that you take advice from the outset, which can include the preparation of a Pre Civil Partnership Agreement similar to that of a Pre Nuptial Agreement.
