Emma Gill

Emma is an Associate Partner in our Family Group based in Manchester.  Having completed her training with Laytons in August 2005, she has specialised since that date in all aspects of Family Law:

Emma's experience focus' on complex matrimonial finance issues, difficult co-habitation disputes involving competing trust issues and Children Act claims. Emma has a particular interest in International Family Disputes which began when she won the R G Lawson Prize for Conflicts of Law at the University of Manchester in 2001. 

Emma is a founder member of Young Resolution (Manchester Regional Group) and is their representative member on the regional Resolution Committee. Further she is the Regional Coordinator of the Northern Circuit for the Four Jurisdictions Conference, which is an annual legal event rotating between Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and the North West of England.
